Policies

• Full payment is due on the 1st day of your lesson. Please make checks payable to Starfish Aquatic Club, Inc. (Sorry, we do not accept credit cards). No refunds at any time.  

• Make-ups are ONLY offered if Starfish Aquatic Club, Inc. cancels due to facility closings, weather, etc. These make-ups are scheduled depending upon pool availability. We CANNOT schedule make-up lessons for your absences.  

• If your regular instructor is out, a substitute instructor will be provided.  

• Parents and siblings must remain in lobby on the couches or the benches on the pool deck during the swim lesson. Swimming lesson participants may use the general locker rooms ONLY with parent supervision. All other areas of the Recreation Center are off limits. The University asks that all respect our campus and students by adhering to all rules.  

• All swimmers may bring their belongings onto the pool deck. We do not recommend keeping items in the locker rooms.

• Please park in the lot across from the Recreation Center in the visitor parking area. Please do not park directly in front of the Recreation Center. Your car will be towed and/or ticketed by campus security.  

• Hug and praise your child after every lesson! We will too!☺

If your child is not potty trained, please be sure they wear a swim diaper.
